You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into actionable designs, leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and testing. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction, adoption, and overall business outcomes, while allowing you to experiment with AI-enabled workflows to optimize both speed and quality. Conduct qualitative user research, interviews, and workshops to identify needs and validate assumptions.. Design and iterate on multi-platform experiences, applying AI-assisted prototyping tools to accelerate workflows.. Create and maintain a design system with scalable components and AI-enhanced efficiency.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with business goals and technical feasibility.. Continuously test and refine solutions based on user feedback, metrics, and AI-generated insights.. Document design decisions to maintain consistency and accessibility across all products.. . 5+ years of UX or product design experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.. Proficiency with AI design tools (Figma AI, Uizard, WenderApp, or similar).. Strong portfolio showcasing flows, prototypes, and shipped UI across multiple platforms.. Experience designing mobile-first workflows, responsive interfaces, and multi-platform experiences.. Ability to balance creativity, empathy, and data-driven design decisions.. Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills, capable of partnering with product managers and engineers..
