This is an exciting opportunity to join a remote-first team where your financial expertise will have a direct impact on the business. You'll be working closely with the Head of Finance to maintain financial integrity, streamline processes, and support key decision-making.. Key Responsibilities:. . Report directly to the Head of Finance . . Manage, reconcile, and verify financial transactions with precision and accuracy . . Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll for a team of over 60 employees . . Ensure accurate classification and recording of all financial data . . Prepare monthly financial reports and adjustments . . Monitor budgets and highlight any variances . . Experience with US Accounting. . Qualifications:. . Prior accounting experience with a U.S.-based company is mandatory . . Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel . . Experience in a service-based company with varied pricing models and flexible payment structures . . High attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills . . Fluency in English (B2 level or higher) . . Comfortable working independently in a remote setup. . Work Environment Requirements:. . Full-time availability (40 hours per week) . .
