As a dynamic player in the pharmaceutical industry, we specialize in personal care and fertility products, including our well-regarded Conceive Plus brand, available in over 70 countries around the globe.. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key accounts across North America. Your efforts will contribute directly to revenue growth and the establishment of long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities. . Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts within the North American market.. . Lead negotiations and secure contracts that meet both revenue and client satisfaction goals.. . Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to enhance client partnerships.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver exceptional service.. . Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and track competitors’ activities.. . Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics and account performance to senior management.. . Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.. . Stay updated on industry trends to proactively address client needs.. . Participate in strategic planning to shape SASMAR's growth trajectory in North America.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.. . 5+ years of experience in key account management or sales, specifically in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods sector.. . Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.. . Proven track record of successful negotiations and contract management.. . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.. . Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.. . Willingness to travel within North America as needed.. . Strategic thinker with effective problem-solving abilities.. . Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.. . Company Location: United States.
