About the Role:. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Revenue Accounting Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for revenue recognition and compliance with US GAAP, systems and process improvement, operational oversight of the complete order to cash cycle including creation of sales orders, customer invoicing, collections, bad debt reserve analysis, sales tax compliance and financial reporting. This position requires extensive experience with SaaS revenue recognition, billing and collections processes, and the ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced environment.. Responsibilities:. ●       Ensure Panorama’s revenue recognition is compliant with US GAAP and Panorama financial policies.. ●       Review customer contracts, process and manage sales orders in NetSuite resulting from Salesforce CPQ closed won opportunities.. ●      Manage, improve and actively participate in process to generate customer invoices and credit memos, apply cash, and collect from customers.. ●       Improve the Panorama contract to cash timeline. ●      Perform monthly reconciliations of revenue and receivable accounts, provide historical analysis and forecasts of receivables, billings, collections, and revenue recognition. ●      Partner with the FP&A team on revenue cycle analysis, and the Rev Ops team to optimize revenue and billing processes.. ●      Support the team with the annual financial statement audit. ●      Oversee US sales tax compliance and partner with the team on implementation of a sales tax compliance application.. Our Ideal Candidate Has:. ●       Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or equivalent is required.  CPA strongly preferred.. ●       A minimum of 4-6 years of supervisory experience in a fast-growing SaaS company with foucs on revenue accounting under ASC 606.  Significant operational experience with the quote to cash cycle to include billing, collections, cash applications and bad debt reserve accounting.. ●       Experience managing a high performing team.. ●       Experience reviewing SaaS contracts.. ●       Hands-on experience with NetSuite quote to cash and revenue accounting transactions. . ●       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while meeting deadlines..  .
