Role Overview: We’re seeking an Admin Assistant with a strong administrative background to support the smooth and efficient delivery of care services. In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone of our care team—managing client communication, scheduling, documentation, and coordinating with carers, clients, and families.. This position plays a key role in both after-hours operations and broader business support. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering phones and emails every second week, in addition to assisting with scheduling services, providing administrative support, and handling ad-hoc tasks that keep the organisation running efficiently.. Key Responsibilities:. . Provide friendly, professional service to all clients, support workers, and stakeholders.. . Schedule client services and coordinate with support workers in a timely and efficient manner.. . Manage emails, data, and communication channels with accuracy and professionalism.. . Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or changes with clients or support workers.. . Maintain clear, detailed communication and handovers with the team based in Brookvale.. . Complete all rostering and scheduling tasks promptly and accurately.. . Provide coverage during staff leave and ensure proper handover on their return.. .
