As the inaugural Customer Success leader, you will own enterprise customer retention, growth, and monetization, developing deep, trusted relationships with C-suite executives. You will drive revenue expansion by optimizing customer programs and creating scalable processes to support sustainable growth. Accountabilities:. . Own net dollar retention and gross written premium growth targets across the enterprise customer base.. . Drive revenue expansion through program optimization, account management, and upsell initiatives.. . Guide newly launched customer programs to rapid adoption and long-term success.. . Act as the primary strategic advisor to enterprise clients, balancing advocacy with business objectives.. . Maintain direct relationships with C-suite executives, establishing trust and partnership.. . Develop scalable playbooks, processes, and workflows to support Customer Success growth.. . Collaborate with executive leadership to define KPIs and reporting frameworks based on real results.. . . 10+ years of hands-on customer success, account management, or related experience managing complex enterprise accounts.. . 3+ years building and leading Customer Success teams from early stages.. .
