Role Overview:. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced TikTok Influencer & Content Strategist to join our team and help drive growth for our clients on TikTok Shop. This role is a hybrid of influencer relationship management and creative strategy, requiring someone who understands what works on TikTok and knows how to manage creator partnerships from start to finish.. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with TikTok Shop, understands the nuances of the platform, and is comfortable working closely with creators to produce engaging, high-converting content.. Key Responsibilities:. Influencer Management:. . Identify and select suitable TikTok Shop creators to consistently represent client products. . Initiate and manage partnerships, including outreach, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. . Ensure creators are aligned with brand goals and post content on a consistent schedule. . Track performance of influencer content and optimize partnerships over time. . Content Strategy & Collaboration:. . Develop creative content ideas for both client-owned channels and creator content. . Collaborate directly with creators to bring content concepts to life. . Provide strategic guidance on what types of content perform well on TikTok Shop. . Stay updated on TikTok trends and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant. . . Proven experience in influencer marketing, content strategy, or social media management, preferably on TikTok. . Previous work with TikTok Shop is highly preferred. . Strong communication and relationship-building skills with creators and stakeholders. . Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and what drives engagement and conversions. . Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven. . Nice to have:. . Experience working with e-commerce brands or social commerce. .
