Your Responsibilities. . Deliver immediate roadside assistance to Nordic-speaking clients, ensuring a calm and reassuring experience in stressful situations.. . Assess vehicle issues and coordinate efficient solutions tailored to each individual case.. . Maintain open and effective communication with customers, providing updates and guidance throughout the assistance process.. . Accurately record and document each customer interaction and resolution for quality improvement purposes.. . Work in tandem with team members and external providers to ensure fast and reliable service delivery.. . Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with Mercedes vehicle features and the latest roadside assistance methods.. . Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish), both spoken and written, is essential.
