Site Optimization & Testing Strategy. . Own CRO roadmap across the DTC experience — from homepage to PDP to checkout. . Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing plans to improve CVR, AOV, LTV, and funnel flow. . Collaborate with design/dev to implement rapid testing across layout, messaging, UX patterns, and functionality. . Analyze user behavior with tools like Hotjar, GA4, Triple Whale, and post-purchase surveys. . Customer Journey & UX Strategy. . Map end-to-end user journeys across DTC and omnichannel, identifying friction points and drop-offs. . Optimize mobile-first UX — improving navigation, load times, CTAs, and PDP hierarchy. . Partner with creative and brand teams to align visual identity with performance goals. . Integrate voice-of-customer insights from surveys, reviews, and support tickets into UX recommendations. . . Ecommerce Performance Analysis. . Monitor key metrics like bounce rate, checkout abandonment, page speed, form drop-off, and return rate. . Segment performance by channel, device, traffic source, and customer cohort. . Translate findings into testable hypotheses and clear recommendations for continuous improvement. . Work closely with data and media teams to understand how UX affects ad performance and CAC. . Cross-Functional Collaboration. . Work closely with marketing to scope and implement site changes. . Partner with growth team to align landing pages, advertorials, and paid traffic destinations with testing priorities. . Support retention/lifecycle efforts by improving account UX, subscription flows, and post-purchase experience. . Collaborate with Amazon and retail teams to ensure UX insights feed omnichannel thinking. . Comfortable working with developers, designers, marketers, and leadership to drive site experience. . Detail-oriented but able to prioritize what actually moves the needle. .
