
Staff Accountant (WFH) at Staff4Me. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced. Staff Accountant . to join our internal finance team remotely. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations for at least three portfolio companies simultaneously. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting skills, experience across multiple industries, and familiarity with NetSuite ERP.. Key Responsibilities. · Maintain full-cycle accounting for multiple portfolio companies (manufacturing, distribution, and real estate).. · Record journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.. · Manage AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.. · Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.. · Support audits and tax preparation processes in coordination with external auditors and tax advisors.. · Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.. · Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.. · Utilize NetSuite to process and manage financial data across client entities.. · Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy. · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or progress toward CPA preferred).. ·. Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-client or multi-entity environment.. · Preferably with experience in construction pay applications and bank draws.. · . Real estate experience is a must.. · Industry experience in manufacturing and distribution strongly preferred.. · Proficiency with NetSuite ERP required.. · Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.. · Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.. · Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.. · High level of integrity and attention to detail..
