Including setting up quizzes using ScoreApp. Note: strategy and ideas are worked through together. Assist with podcast, media and collaboration outreach. Email Marketing & Customer Nurture. Create (with input), send and optimise email campaigns using Mailchimp. Manage email lists and ensure contacts are added to the correct journeys. Use existing templates and brand guidelines for communications. Support ongoing customer, community, affiliate and wholesaler nurture. Create email and marketing assets using Canva. Advertising & Reporting. Run ads on platforms such as Facebook and Google. You are not expected to write ad copy. Prepare reports on ad spend versus sales conversions. Assist with simple reporting and tracking of marketing outcomes. Website, SEO & Analytics (Basic Support). Regularly check websites for accuracy, updates and functionality. Assist with basic SEO updates and content changes. Monitor basic analytics and flag issues requiring attention. Liaise with relevant support providers when changes are needed. Set up simple “drag and drop” landing pages and funnels. Systems, Planning & Processes. Follow and update internal checklists and workflows. Assist with weekly planning and task management. Keep marketing and process documentation up to date. Ensure tasks, content and projects are tracked and nothing is missed. Work primarily in Trello (open to improvements or suggestions). Events & Promotions. Support promotion of events, workshops, webinars and retreats. Assist with scheduling, reminders and follow-up communications. Help ensure promotions run smoothly and on time.
