We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to lead a Transitional Living Program for young adults exiting homelessness. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise program staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery in a residential setting. You will manage budgets, coordinate intakes and assessments, and foster collaborative relationships with community and resource agencies. This role involves strategic program development, staff mentoring, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for transition-aged youth. Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and transitional program services for young adults.. . Ensure provision of essential services, special projects, and a safe, supportive environment.. . Supervise, mentor, and provide regular performance guidance for residential counselors and case managers.. . Coordinate intakes, assessments, and maintain accurate client records and data collection procedures.. . Manage program budget and ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.. . Facilitate staff meetings and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.. . Represent the program and organization in community meetings and activities, as needed.. . Serve as an on-call manager on a rotational schedule and support program needs during holidays when required.. . . . Proven experience in case management and direct service for transitional-aged youth (18–25), particularly in shelters, drop-in centers, transitional, or permanent supportive housing programs.. . Prior leadership experience, including hiring, training, and supervising program staff.. .
