Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role specifications, and organizational needs. . . Develop well-defined job descriptions and structured interview frameworks aligned with position requirements. . . Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and coaching on recruitment strategies, talent market insights, and best practices. . . Skills & Qualifications:. . Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. . . 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 8 years in a managerial HR role within the services or BFSI sector. . . Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic recruitment expertise. . . Proven ability to build efficient, scalable, and effective hiring processes.. . Company Location: India.
