Real Estate Investment Specialist Assistant at Aristo Sourcing. Key Responsibilities. Investment Research & Analysis. Assist in researching property records, tax liens, deeds, foreclosure notices, and auction schedules.. Compile and analyze market data, ownership history, and potential return on investment.. Monitor trends and provide regular updates on investment opportunities.. Transaction Support. Assist in preparing and organizing all required documents for property acquisitions.. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred.. Prior administrative, financial, or real estate experience is strongly preferred.. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.. Clear communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with vendors, attorneys, and municipalities.. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly..
