Our squeezable olive oils, Sizzle, Drizzle, and Frizzle, are sold in over 15,000 retail doors nationwide, with retailers spanning Grocery, Natural, Mass, Alternative, and Club Channels.. We’re looking for a Senior Trade Manager to join our Sales team and lead how we plan, track, and execute trade at Graza. This person will build the systems and processes that help us invest smarter, move faster, and show up stronger in every retail channel. From TPM implementation to promo planning to ROI tracking, this role will take full ownership of the trade function and play a key role in driving our next stage of growth.. Role Purpose. This role is all about building and owning the trade function at Graza. You’ll lead the development of account-level and national trade programs, manage promotional calendars, and make sure our investments are working hard for us. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, and Marketing to ensure trade is aligned with our goals and executed cleanly in the market. You’ll also help us improve how we track, analyze, and optimize trade performance through better systems and smarter planning.. Role Responsibilities. Trade Strategy & Planning. . Build annual and promotional trade plans by account and channel. . Align trade strategy with brand goals, pricing, and commercial targets. . Manage the planning process across teams and timelines. . Retail Program Development. . Design and manage trade programs including promotions, displays, and merchandising. . Partner with Sales and Marketing on in-store activations and campaign alignment. . Create tools and resources to support team execution of trade plan. . Budget & Investment Management. . Own trade spend forecasting and tracking by customer. . Monitor spend performance and recommend adjustments to maximize impact. . Lead TPM system implementation, and facilitate adoption across the entire team. . Cross-Functional Collaboration. . Work with Sales leads to align on promo plans and customer needs. . Partner with Demand Planning to ensure promotional volumes are accurate. . Support monthly business reviews and S&OP with trade insights and recaps. . Reporting & Analysis. . Track performance using POS, syndicated, and internal data. . Build reports and tools that help the team measure trade effectiveness. . Identify opportunities to improve ROI and optimize how we work. . 5-7+ years of experience in trade strategy, trade marketing, or related CPG roles. . Strong understanding of retailer promotions, trade mechanics, and customer planning. . Experience managing trade calendars and spend across multiple channels. . Comfortable owning systems, building tools, and working independently. . Excel and CPG data metric fluency required. . Experience with TPM platforms strongly preferred. . Strong communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally between Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Operations. . Highly organized and self-driven, with a builder mindset and bias for action. . Willing to travel occasionally for team collaboration. . Preference will be given to candidates who can work hybrid 4 days per week out of our Brooklyn, NY or Austin, TX offices, though remote candidates will be considered.. Company Location: United States.
