Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams across multiple locations, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with business goals.. . Define and implement engineering best practices, technical standards, and architectural vision for both short-term and long-term initiatives.. . Drive organizational planning, capacity forecasting, and engineering operations to support strategic objectives.. . Maintain technical credibility by contributing to the codebase and participating in architectural reviews when needed.. . Candidates should have:. . 8+ years of software engineering experience developing software solutions.. . 5+ years of management experience, with a proven track record of building and scaling engineering organizations of 15+ engineers across multiple teams.. . Hands-on expertise in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies, software architecture, and design patterns.. .
