This role requires working on both South African and U.S. public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA). . Internet Requirements:. A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.. Power Backup:. Coordinate and fill cases by matching available and suitable . BCBAs (Board Certified Behaviour Analysts. ) with families. . Communicate regularly with clinicians and families to ensure appropriate coverage. . Onboard clinicians and prepare them to begin providing services.. Manage sensitive, nuanced customer service interactions with professionalism and care.. Ensure all coordination is accurate, timely, and well-organized in a fast-paced environment.. Industry Experience:. ABA experience is a plus, but not essential.. Soft Skills (Essential):. Excellent English communication and fluency. . High emotional intelligence and strong intuition. . Friendly, patient, and empathetic personality. . Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to move quickly when needed. . Strong problem-solving and “puzzle-piece” matching ability..
