Identify breakage points and hidden dependencies. 2. Systems & Automation. Design and maintain automations across Zapier, Make, and N8N. Replace manual tasks with scalable, automated workflows. Build error detection and alert systems. Redesign outdated automations to improve speed and reliability. Connect cross-functional workflows that integrate Sales, Marketing, and Client Delivery. CRM & Funnel Operations. Manage CRM setup, tagging, segmentation, and pipelines. Fix funnel issues (tracking, errors, broken steps). Maintain tracking across GA4, GTM, pixels, and UTMs. Monitor funnel performance and flag technical issues impacting conversions. You will:. Ensure all funnels work end-to-end. Maintain accurate conversion tracking. Troubleshoot attribution failures. Monitor system performance across every stage of the user journey. 4. Technical Infrastructure, Troubleshooting & Support. Solve platform issues, broken automations, and tech bugs. Fix issues in funnels, CRM, websites, and payment processors. Respond quickly to urgent, revenue-impacting issues. Standardize technical processes so teams can execute confidently. Maintain audit-ready documentation and operational transparency. 6. Automation Projects & Cross-Department Execution. Execute automation projects across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Operations from planning to implementation . Build and deploy automations and AI-driven workflows (Zapier, Make, N8N, Gumloop) to replace manual tasks. Own execution of all automation initiatives, managing timelines, testing, deployment, and improvements. Collaborate with department heads to identify inefficiencies and propose automation-based solutions. Ensure all automations integrate cleanly with CRMs, funnels, tracking, payment processors, and internal systems. Monitor and maintain workflow reliability, fixing issues quickly and improving long-term stability. Build automations that measurably reduce manual workload in key departments (for example, reducing coaching admin tasks by up to 50%). 7. Dashboards, Reporting & Performance Tracking. Maintain dashboards for KPIs and system health. Flag issues early and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Report on operational performance and system reliability. Role Details.
