In this role, you will be vital in delivering outstanding customer service to our Icelandic-speaking clients, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance with their inquiries.. Responsibilities. . Provide support to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing a variety of inquiries related to our products and services.. . Offer detailed information regarding account management, service features, and resolve technical issues as needed.. . Handle customer complaints with professionalism and work to find effective solutions swiftly.. . Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system to facilitate communication and track service quality.. . Collaborate with team members and various departments to improve customer experience and service outcomes.. . Keep updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed support to customers.. . . Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.. .
