Technical Recruiter (Contract) at Side. We are hiring a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across advanced technical disciplines including AI/LLM, speech technology, software engineering, QA, automation, and firmware. This role requires a recruiter who is comfortable working on highly technical roles and can partner closely with technical hiring managers to understand requirements, build pipelines, and move roles efficiently.. This position is best suited for a recruiter who is highly autonomous, organized, and able to execute quickly in a global environment. The role will support hiring across multiple regions and time zones and requires someone who can operate independently while managing multiple technical searches simultaneously.. Responsibilities. Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including: . AI / Machine Learning Engineers . LLM Engineers . Speech / Audio Engineers . Software Engineers (various disciplines) . QA Engineers . Automation Engineers . Firmware Engineers . Partner with hiring managers to run intake meetings and define candidate profiles . Develop sourcing strategies and proactively headhunt technical candidates . Build and maintain global talent pipelines across technical disciplines . Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidate technical background and experience . Manage interview processes, feedback cycles, and candidate communication . Maintain accurate data in ATS (Workable) . Provide market insights including talent availability, compensation expectations, and hiring timelines . Work across global teams and time zones to support hiring needs. This role is ideal for someone who:. Is comfortable recruiting for highly technical roles (AI, LLM, speech, engineering) . Can work independently and manage their own workload . Is proactive and moves roles forward without needing constant direction . Is comfortable working globally across multiple time zones . Is both a recruiter and a strong sourcer. 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting . Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, AI/ML, speech/audio, QA, automation, or firmware . Strong sourcing and headhunting experience . Ability to understand technical job requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies . Highly autonomous and able to manage roles independently . Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills . Experience using an ATS (Workable preferred) . Past experience in codevelopment or agency recruiting is a plus. Portuguese language skills are a plus . Games industry experience is a plus . Company Location: United Kingdom.
