Respond to customer inquiries related to oil and gas products and services via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.. . Provide information on service options, pricing, and compliance with regulations.. . Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting technical issues.. . Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive records.. . Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective resolution of customer issues.. . Stay updated on industry developments and company offerings to provide timely information.. . . Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.. . Experience in customer service, preferably in the energy, oil & gas sector.. . Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.. .
