Provide high-level customer service to Nordic clients in the insurance industry. . Assist customers with inquiries regarding their insurance policies and claims. . Resolve issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. . Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience. . Stay informed about insurance products and services. . Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. . . Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance sector. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. . Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. . Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. .
