Key Responsibilities. Data Entry & Record Maintenance. . Input, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems. . . Verify and correct discrepancies in records or reports. . . Organize and file electronic documents for easy retrieval. . . Generate routine reports such as weekly schedules and contact lists. . . Appointment & Calendar Management. . Schedule, reschedule, and confirm meetings and appointments. . . Coordinate logistics including venues, video links, and time zone considerations. . . Screen and prioritize meeting requests based on urgency and relevance. . . Manage travel itineraries, including accommodations and transportation. . . Administrative Support. . Draft and proofread emails, memos, and presentations. . . Answer and redirect phone calls professionally. . . Assist with additional tasks such as expense reporting and event planning.. . . Minimum 2 years in executive support, data entry, or scheduling.. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and CRM tools such as Salesforce. . . Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy.. . . Exceptional attention to detail and time management. . . Strong verbal and written communication skills. . .
