Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients in the IT sector.. . Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with product-related questions and guide them through software installations.. . Document customer interactions and issues accurately in the customer service database.. . Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer problems promptly.. . Contribute to team performance by sharing best practices and insights for customer service improvements.. . Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.. . . Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) and English.. . Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the IT industry.. . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.. . Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.. . Familiarity with customer service software and tools.. . Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while being self-motivated.. .
