Data Processing & Research Reporting Analyst (Public Opinion Polling) at Remote Raven. Job Summary. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically strong remote team member to join our public opinion polling company. The ideal candidate will take raw survey data and process it into actionable deliverables by producing clean toplines, crosstabs, and demographic breakdowns. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy and integrity, supporting the final research reporting process.. Key Responsibilities. ·       Clean (removing unqualified respondents, bots, etc.) and organize raw survey response data exported from Qualtrics, Market Sight, or similar platforms. ·       Produce accurate topline summaries (frequencies) and crosstabs using demographic and behavioral variables. ·       Conduct demographic breakdowns (e.g., by age, gender, region, political affiliation, etc.). ·       Generate clean and client-ready data tables and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word templates. ·       Perform quality checks to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy. ·       Identify and flag any irregularities or anomalies in the dataset that may affect reliability or interpretation. ·       Ensure consistency in question labeling, order, and coding across datasets. ·       Collaborate with U.S.-based analysts to meet quick-turnaround deadlines or address project-specific needs. Preferred Qualifications. ·       Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Political Science, Social Sciences, Market Research, or similar field. ·       2+ years of experience in data processing, analytics, or research reporting (public opinion or market research experience highly preferred). ·       Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charting) and Word. ·       Experience using survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Market Sight, SurveyMonkey, Alchemer) is a plus. ·       Familiarity with statistical packages like SPSS, R, or Python (bonus but not required). ·       High attention to detail and data accuracy. ·       Able to work U.S. time zone hours. Soft Skills & Competencies. ·       Clear verbal and written English communication for documenting and labeling data outputs. ·       Highly organized with strong time management. ·       Able to follow structured SOPs and contribute to a culture of process improvement. ·       High level of integrity and commitment to data confidentiality. ·       Willingness to learn about U.S. political and demographic segmentation (basic context only). Work Environment. ·       Remote-based work with a strong, stable internet connection. ·       Open-door communication style and collaborative nature with team . ·       Communication via Microsoft Teams, Outlook (email), and SharePoint (file storage). This is a 100% Remote Work. Part time for a month (10-20 hours per week) and will transition to full-time . Up to $6/hr. Company Location: Philippines.
