Accountabilities. ·         Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end solutions across web and backend components of the platform.. ·         Write maintainable, testable, and high-quality code, ensuring scalability and performance.. ·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize services and deliver optimal solutions for users.. ·         Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and engineering initiatives to support team growth.. ·         Contribute to technical decision-making and implement best practices across the engineering organization.. ·         Support multi-tenant, event-driven, microservices architectures with attention to high availability and performance optimization.. ·         2–4 years of experience building production-ready software applications.. ·         Proficient in Typescript and Javascript, with the ability to ramp up quickly on best practices.. ·         Experience building frontend components using modern frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.. ·         Solid understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and software design patterns.. ·         Knowledge of core Computer Science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, and complexity analysis.. ·         Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a diverse, team-oriented environment.. ·         Bonus: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps processes, or building scalable, high-availability applications..
