Ensure suppliers’ pricing for different services is kept up to date across company systems, including timely communication with suppliers and internal teams to resolve pricing-related questions or discrepancies.. Ensure pricing for the Company’s internal products is kept up to date in all applicable systems and platforms.. Maintain and keep up to date the global database of telephone numbering related to Voice and SMS services.. Create, maintain and update templates used for automated customer notifications related to pricing updates and invoicing.. Monitor changes in the telecommunications market related to billing increments and ensure that relevant updates are reflected in company systems.. Provide pricing-related support and guidance to cross-functional teams interacting with partner pricing and tariff structures.. Identify opportunities to improve system usage, automation and efficiency of pricing management processes, including implementation of various tariff models.. You are a perfect match if you have:. Confident computer user.. Strong practical skills in spreadsheet tools (Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice Calc or equivalent), including ability to navigate, review and analyze large datasets.. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Comfortable interacting with people, explaining problems, and working toward solutions.. Basic experience working with email clients (e.g., Gmail, Thunderbird, etc.).. Knowledge of Russian language will be a plus.. Personal Competencies:. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with large volumes of structured pricing data where precision is critical.. Ability to perform repetitive operational tasks while maintaining high quality standards.. Ability to identify inconsistencies and potential risks in pricing data..
