This is a high-impact, remote opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives on outbound strategy, consultative selling, and closing deals with mid to enterprise-level clients. In this role, you will manage a Northeast U.S. territory and travel frequently to engage prospects face-to-face, run demos, and attend key industry events. You’ll play a key role in scaling adoption of a fast-growing construction operations platform that’s already transforming jobsite performance. Drive outbound sales by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person outreach.. . Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close, supported by a Sales Engineer for demos.. . Travel regularly across your territory (Northeast U.S. and parts of Canada) for meetings, drop-ins, and events.. . Build and maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline progress in the CRM.. . Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and tailor solutions.. . Attend and contribute to in-person industry events and client presentations.. . Participate in a structured onboarding program and ongoing coaching to align with team goals and targets.. . Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, RevOps, and leadership, to optimize prospecting strategy.. . . . 5+ years of experience in B2B account executive roles with strong outbound selling skills.. . Proven success in high-volume inside or outside sales with a focus on demand generation and account-based selling.. . Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.. . Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, remote sales environment.. . Strong presentation and discovery abilities to drive consultative sales.. . Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Drift, etc.. .
