Associate Product Manager - Documentation-First Onboarding (PM Track) at Smeetz.  At Smeetz, we are revolutionizing how visitor attractions manage their sales and optimize revenue. Our unified commerce SaaS platform, powered by AI, provides attractions such as theme parks, museums, and theaters with an all-in-one solution to manage, market, and price their products.. We are a fast-growing SaaS startup, and we’re looking for an Associate Product Manager (Documentation-First Onboarding) to join our dynamic Product team. This is not an intern track — it’s a launchpad into product management, where you’ll combine hands-on product work with critical documentation ownership.. From week one, you’ll be embedded in a product squad — joining stand-ups, triage, planning, and releases — while you lead key documentation and workflow audits that accelerate your mastery of our platform. By month 6, you’ll be scoping and shipping small initiatives; by month 12, you’ll own a product scope with measurable KPIs. Strong performance leads to promotion to Junior Product Manager.. Key Responsibilities. Phase 1. (First 6 months): Learn by documenting & auditing — while shipping with the team. . Create and maintain product documentation: help center, integration manuals, feature tutorials, back-office guides, and release notes (internal & external).. . Design and manage the Developer Portal’s structure, ensuring intuitive navigation, scalable architecture, and up-to-date API/SDK documentation.. . Audit product workflows (intake → discovery → spec → build → QA/UAT → release → measurement) and propose lightweight process improvements.. . Establish documentation standards: style guides, templates, and review checklists to ensure consistency and clarity.. . Convert recurring Support/Sales/Success questions into guides, macros, and FAQs, reducing ticket volume and improving time-to-resolution.. . Organize knowledge bases by tags, categories, and personas; track gaps and fix dead ends.. . Monitor usage, feedback, and search queries to identify documentation gaps and run small activation experiments (e.g., step-by-step flows, inline tips).. . Participate in daily product work: user story writing, acceptance criteria clarification, UAT, and shipping small improvements.. . . Phase 2 . (Month 6+): Associate PM owning outcomes. . Drive discovery: synthesize customer insights, product data, and competitor analysis into clear problem statements.. . Write clear PRDs and stories: scope features, define success metrics, and align stakeholders on trade-offs.. . Run delivery rhythms: support planning, prioritization, and release readiness across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support.. . Own outcomes, not outputs: define and track KPIs (activation, adoption, retention, revenue impact) and iterate post-launch.. . Support go-to-market: create internal enablement and customer-facing updates that connect new features to operator/venue value.. . Champion operational excellence: improve handoffs, close feedback loops, and scale best practices.. . . Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.. . Strong interest in growing into a Product Manager role through a documentation-first pathway.. . Proven experience in technical writing, documentation, or content management — ideally in SaaS or tech environments.. . Familiarity with API documentation, SDKs, developer tools, and content architecture/taxonomy design.. . Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible guidance for different user personas (operators, developers, visitors, etc.).. . Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.. . Analytical mindset with the ability to use metrics to improve content quality and product adoption.. . Bonus: experience with tools like Intercom.. . Company Location: Algeria.
