As an SDR, you’ll play a critical role in generating pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for Account Executives. You’ll be trained on industry-leading tools, tested on your outbound capabilities, and matched with a high-growth company that aligns with your skills and career goals.. Key Responsibilities. Make 100+ outbound calls daily to B2B prospects in tech, SaaS, and service-based sectors. Generate qualified leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Customise messaging based on research and target buyer personas. Set up discovery calls for Account Executives with qualified leads. Record and track all outreach in CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach and improve performance. . 2+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or client outreach. . Experience selling B2B services or SaaS solutions is a strong advantage. . Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). . Proven ability to manage 100+ calls per day and drive high-volume outreach. . Familiarity with tools like CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation. .
