The Staff Product Manager for Earnings will lead the strategic vision and execution of the earnings ecosystem, shaping how users discover, engage with, and grow their earnings over time. This role combines high-level strategy, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on product leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will own key outcomes across acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization while mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams. The role requires collaborating closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, design, data, and marketing to deliver impactful results. Define and execute the multi-quarter strategy for the Earnings vertical, ensuring alignment with company objectives.. . Own user and business outcomes, focusing on retention, earnings per user, and conversion to premium memberships.. . Design trust-first experiences to shorten time-to-first-payout and optimize onboarding, proving real user value quickly.. . Curate and expand high-quality earning opportunities segmented by persona to maximize engagement and retention.. . Lead experimentation, data analysis, and A/B testing to inform product decisions and optimize the user experience.. . Collaborate with fraud, data science, acquisition, and other teams to ensure scalable, high-quality growth and earnings integrity.. . Provide leadership and mentorship to product managers and team members, setting the standard for product craft, strategy, and execution.. . . 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in growth, consumer fintech, marketplaces, or subscription-based products.. . Proven track record of building and scaling 0→1 products through experimentation and iteration.. . Strong analytical skills and data fluency, including experience with Amplitude, Looker, or similar analytics tools.. . Demonstrated ability to balance user value with business outcomes and prioritize effectively.. . Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring other product managers.. .
