As Senior Technical Product Manager, you will:. . Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Voice AI backend platform.. . Scope, prioritize, and define features for STT, TTS, VAD, and LLM integrations.. . Define requirements for programmable voice primitives such as call control, media injection, and partial ASR.. . Partner with engineering to enhance latency, reliability, and multi-engine support.. . Establish metrics and feedback loops to track performance and user experience.. . Serve as a key liaison between product, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and delivery.. . Candidates should have:. . Strong expertise in programmable voice technologies: SIP, WebRTC, and call control APIs.. . Familiarity with AI pipelines, including STT, TTS, and LLM orchestration.. .
