Drive complex deployments of Splunk while working with the customers to solve their unique problems across a variety of use cases. . Leverage previous experiences, share best practices, and create innovative solutions that will maximize customers’ value of Splunk and aid in user adoption. . Knowledge transfer to customers throughout a project lifecycle. . Develop product expertise in Splunk premium apps.. . Develop and continually extend domain expertise in IT Security & Observability. . . To Be Successful:. . Hold an active Splunk Core Certified Consultant. . . 4+ years of Splunk experience.. . 5-10 years of overall industry experience as a technology practitioner (in IT Operations and Security).. . Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) and Risk Based Alerting (RBA).. . Experience in requirements gathering around the Splunk tool, documenting requirements, requirement analysis, product testing, etc.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. .
