Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to generate leads and set up qualified sales meetings.. Manage and update CRM systems with accurate information and activity tracking.. Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers.. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting targets.. Work collaboratively with the UK-based sales team to align messaging and strategy.. Maintain a high level of professionalism and client engagement in all communication.. Qualifications and Experience:. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or outbound B2B lead generation role preferably within recruitment.. Proven confidence in cold calling and securing appointments.. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is advantageous.. Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised.. Must have a reliable laptop or desktop, high-speed internet connection, and backup power supply.. Previous experience working with UK, US, or international clients is essential..
