As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a People Advisor to join our growing People & Talent team! You'll be working and collaborating with every team across the business, from our new starters to our most seasoned colleagues, creating a fantastic employee experience and driving positive change.. Responsibilities include. First point of contact for general queries. You will build relationships with managers, meeting with them monthly to gain valuable insight into their teams and proactively support their needs. . Managing our onboarding process, including hosting induction sessions with new starters to set them up for success.. Supporting training creation and delivery on a variety of topics.. Supporting and managing benefits administration and payroll input, working with our Finance team. . People admin, including supporting onboarding and off-boarding, drafting letters and updating our core systems, . Holding exit interviews. Being an ambassador for our culture!. Escalating any employee relation issues, managers performance, ensuring performance tracking is documented properly. Being a secondary key holder for our office in Kentish Town. A little bit about you…. We’d really like to hear from you, if you have. Have experience working in a People Admin or Advisory role. . Have experience working in a fast paced environment with a variety of projects and tasks on the go at once.. Are approachable, sensitive and work with discretion and confidentiality when supporting employees.. Are passionate about the employee experience and have a keen interest in using data to drive decision making.. We use HiBob and Leapsome as our main development and people management tools, so experience with these or something similar would be key.. Level 3 CIPD advantageous but not essential.
