Senior Software Engineer at INSTANDA. We are seeking a talented and experienced . Full Stack Senior Software Engineer. to join us, who is passionate about software development and building great products to work on our platform. Reporting to one of our Development Leads, you will be working as part of an agile team, building an industry changing SaaS platform using the latest technologies. . This is an India based role. . What you will do:. . Deep analysis of requirements, planning and developing new features for our platform.. . Production of high-quality code with consideration of performance, scalability, and maintainability.. . Reviewing the team’s code contributions, enforcing coding standards and ensuring high quality software development practices.. . Managing source code repositories and branching strategies.. . Engagement with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide technical solutions that align with business objectives. . . Fixing software defects, code refactoring, and identifying areas for improvement in our code base.. . Writing extensive unit and integration tests.. . Providing guidance, mentorship, and expertise to junior and mid-level Software Engineers.. . Working in a fast-paced agile environment, delivering over sprints.. . Attending and engaging in sprint ceremonies.. . Essential:. Professional software development experience in similar roles.. . Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and manage expectations of stakeholders.. . Excellent problem-solving skills.. . Strong English written and verbal communication skills.. .
