Shifts will be pre-arranged and recurring week to week.. . Key Responsibilities. . Conduct virtual patient evaluations via . scheduled video visits. . . Manage initial intake and treatment planning for adult patients (18+) . . Review lab results and prescribe medications (primarily GLP-1 agonists when appropriate) . . Address ongoing patient concerns via chat and portal communications . . Handle prescription refills, lab follow-up, and chronic care coordination . . Practice within the scope of evidence-based and inclusive care models . . . . Licensure. : Active NP licenses in at least 15 states.. . . Certification. : AGNP-BC or FNP-BC (ANCC or AANP) . . .
