You will be a senior deal-maker, relationship-builder and strategist who turns our ecosystem partnership vision into reality. You’ll own the full partnership life-cycle, from sourcing and structuring deals to orchestrating flawless cross-functional execution with product, engineering, legal, and other relevant teams. . What you'll do: . . Source & qualify new strategic partnership opportunities across all key pillars of our product and ecosystem enhancing the value of Oura for our members. . . Negotiate & close complex commercial agreements that unlock revenue, distribution, and strategic advantage.. . Nourish & cultivate existing partnerships Oura has in place to make the most out of them in the long-term. . . Rally the org—drive excitement and alignment across functions so launches land on time and exceed expectations.. . Lead & mentor the partnerships squad as our headcount grows.. . We would love to have you on our team if you have:. . 10+ years in outward-facing commercial roles as an operator or a founder within health tech or health services, with a track record of closing high-impact deals.. . Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and convert new markets or customer bases. . . A robust network of decision-makers across health, wellness, and digital health ecosystems, and the credibility to leverage them.. . Demonstrated success leading teams (both directly and in a matrix) toward ambitious commercial targets.. . Outstanding communication skills: you translate complex concepts into crisp narratives for execs, partners, and cross-functional peers.. . A driven, self-starting mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, energized by building from zero to one.. . Nice-to-haves: . . Experience with wearables, data-integration partnerships, or regulated health products.. . Global deal experience (NA, EU, APAC) and familiarity with multi-market rollout playbooks.. .
