We are currently looking for a Senior Data Solutions Architect in the European Union.. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Solutions Architect to join a dynamic, client-focused team delivering cloud-based data solutions. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, guide data engineering teams, and design complex end-to-end data platforms that drive business impact. You will work on projects spanning data lakes, warehouses, real-time streaming, and AI/ML solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. This role combines hands-on technical execution with strategic planning, offering the opportunity to influence cloud architecture, mentor engineers, and engage directly with clients in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.. . Accountabilities. . Lead design and implementation of cloud-based data platforms and analytics solutions. . Provide technical expertise to data engineers and consult on best practices during engagements. . Conduct technical discovery sessions and whiteboard design workshops with clients and internal teams. . Build end-to-end data pipelines for batch and real-time processing, integrating ETL/ELT workflows. . Oversee AI/ML solution design, training, and MLOps lifecycle automation. . Ensure governance, compliance, and cost-optimized cloud operations across projects. . Maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, managing scope, expectations, and project deliverables. . . . 5+ years of experience in public cloud environments (AWS preferred). . 5+ years of software development experience using Python, Java, or Scala. . Hands-on experience building complex data engineering pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and real-time streaming systems. . Proficiency with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc.). . Experience designing Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and enterprise analytics solutions. . Knowledge of cloud-based tools and platforms for streaming, BI, AI/ML, and object storage (Kafka, Kinesis, Spark Streaming, Tableau, S3, Glacier, etc.). . Consulting experience with strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. . Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, or PIPEDA. . Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver client-facing projects in a consulting or professional services environment. . Preferred / Nice-to-Have:. . Expertise in AI/ML model deployment and optimization. . Experience with caching systems (Redis) and cloud object stores. . Familiarity with data governance, data quality, lineage, anonymization, and lifecycle management. . Company Location: France.
