Accountabilities. . Own and maintain product backlogs for assigned initiatives, ensuring stories are prioritized and ready for upcoming sprints.. . Translate business objectives into clear, actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.. . Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA, and designers to align priorities and support roadmap execution.. . Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinements, and retrospectives.. . Track and report on key metrics such as burndown, velocity, and throughput to provide visibility into progress.. . Champion accessibility (WCAG AA) and compliance requirements across product deliverables.. . Support the creation of wireframes and collaborate on intuitive, user-friendly UI designs.. . . 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment.. .
