Your goal is to ensure clients understand how to use the platform effectively and confidently.. You Will. Lead live virtual onboarding and training sessions via Zoom. Deliver structured product walkthroughs and learning sessions. Explain platform features in a clear and practical way. Support clients as they learn key workflows and tools.
