Responsibilities. . Provide exemplary customer support to French-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone communications.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order status, returns, and payment options.. . Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.. . Accurately manage and process customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle.. . Stay current with product offerings, promotions, and company policies.. .
