OUAI is seeking a strategic and passionate International Marketing Manager to lead global brand initiatives across our international markets. This role will play a critical part in expanding our brand presence internationally, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, creative & execution; adapting global strategies to resonate across local markets. The ideal candidate brings a passion for beauty and an understanding of international market dynamics. This role will be reporting to our Senior Manager, Brand Marketing.. What you’ll do: . . Serve as main point person between Global team and regional partners – playing the voice of the markets in Global meetings. . Serve as the liaison between International markets and the brand marketing team . . Lead a dedicated INTL marketing strategy, informed by OUAI’s Global International Playbook and tailored to each region and brand objectives . . Oversee creative development and execution across international retailer product p-pages and any INTL marketing to ensure a localized yet globally uniform & consistent brand look & feel . . Manage and drive OUAI’s international marketing calendar . . Oversee and support across all international brand events and activations . . Partner with regional teams to adapt global campaigns while maintaining brand consistency across all markets . . Drive cross-functional efforts for international product launches, campaigns and brand initiatives . . Ensure consistency in brand messaging, OUAI’s voice, and visual identity across all international touchpoints . . Partner closely with PR, Creative, INTL Sales, Operations, and brand retail marketing teams to align on objectives and deliverables . . Contribute ideas that add to our larger brand strategy for all new launches and existing core SKUs . . Lead international brand media - managing the budget, creative deliverables and reporting . . Provide regular recaps on key programming . . Serve as a gatekeeper for the brand’s identity, ensuring that all international external outputs meet our brand guidelines and clearly convey our DNA . . Partner with cross-functional teams to build strong 360 marketing programs that deliver on business objectives. . Lead regional landscape auditing and marketing analysis . . Serve as day-to-day marketing POC for INTL sales team and establish regular workflow . . Manage day-to-day INTL marketing budget, including: retailer marketing, media, events, activations & more. . Partner closely with PR and local agencies to support business priorities . . Comfortable working early mornings, late evenings, and across multiple time zones to support the international teams and priorities. . What you'll bring: . . Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred . . Passion for beauty and an eye for trends, innovation and cultural nuance . . Strong understanding of global brand management, localization and consumer behavior in diverse markets . . Experience working with regional teams and international distributors / retailers . . Fluency in English; additional language(s) a plus . . Must be based in LA or NY . .
