As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for users, playing a key role in troubleshooting, escalating, and resolving technical issues. Accountabilities:. . Act as the initial point of contact for technical support requests via integrated chat and support channels.. . Analyze, replicate, and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate resolutions or workarounds.. . Escalate complex or unresolved cases to senior support engineers using smart routing.. . Assist customers with inquiries related to software composition analysis (SCA), static application security testing (SAST), and SDLC practices.. . Continuously expand your knowledge of CI/CD tools, containers, cloud systems, and secure development processes.. . Deliver a responsive and empathetic support experience that builds long-term customer trust.. . . Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or 2+ years in a customer-facing technical support role.. . Exposure to common programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#) and cloud-hosted applications.. . Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, Linux, or macOS.. . Excellent analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and communication skills in English.. . Located in the United States and able to work remotely.. . Bonus if you bring:. .
