Provide customer support in Czech via phone, email, and chat. . Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and order management for Dyson products. . Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively. . Maintain a thorough understanding of Dyson's product offerings and features. . Gather customer feedback to enhance the overall service experience. . Engage in training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies. . Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal, is required. .
