Fluency in Arabic and English is a must, as you’ll be engaging with clients and prospects in Arabic-speaking markets.. What You’ll Do:. • Identify and reach out to potential leads through cold calls, emails, and social channels. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set up meetings for the sales team. • Understand client needs and communicate how our product/service can address them. • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies. • Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel. •. 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B environment (It could include other experiences in different customer service roles as well as long as speaks Arabic). •. Fluent in Arabic and English . • Strong communication and persuasion skills. • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a drive to meet/exceed goals. • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up discipline. • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
