
Head of Sales at Crystalia Glass. We are currently seeking a . Head of Sales. to lead our 3d sales department. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience, deep knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes, and a strong analytical mindset.. Key Responsibilities. Sales Strategy & Operations. . Design and execute data-driven sales strategies aligned with business growth goals.. . Own the CRM pipeline setup and discipline: stage definition, conversion timing, follow-up monitoring.. . Set up workflows for inbound, outbound, and repeat customers.. . Team Leadership & Development. . Manage and develop a sales team (structure, hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, mentoring).. . Promote a high-performance, high-engagement culture in a remote environment.. . Conduct regular 1:1 and team meetings focused on pipeline health, peer learning, and skills development.. . Performance & Forecasting. . Define and track individual and team KPIs . . Build and maintain daily/weekly dashboards, tactical reports, and strategic updates for leadership.. . Manage forecasting cycles: methodology, quota setting, accuracy reporting, root cause analysis.. . React to performance drops by preparing actionable insight reports with recommendations.. . What We’re Looking For. Required Experience. . 7–10 years in sales, including at least 3 years in a team leadership or Head of Sales position.. . Proven success in B2B and B2C sales (experience across industries is an asset).. . CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent); . . Experience managing remote or hybrid teams and onboarding new hires in a performance-driven culture.. . Track record of managing forecasting accuracy and driving pipeline consistency.. . Required Skills. . Strong command of CRM pipeline management and reporting.. . Ability to define, track, and act on KPIs across multiple timeframes (monthly/quarterly/annually).. . Structured coaching and performance improvement processes (esp. for underperforming reps).. . High fluency in English (C1+), strong written and verbal communication skills.. .
