In this role, you will lead structured implementations and migrations of identity management systems, delivering tailored technical solutions and guidance. You will engage deeply with customer environments, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure successful adoption of enterprise software solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects independently. You will mentor junior colleagues, influence best practices, and contribute to customer satisfaction through innovative solutions. Lead customer implementations and migrations from existing identity management systems to the target platform.. Conduct thorough discovery sessions and technical workshops to understand customer environments and requirements.. Define project milestones, develop clear plans, and guide customers through technical solutions.. Partner with customer success managers to drive adoption and usage targets.. Provide expert guidance on complex integrations, SCIM provisioning, SSO, and authentication strategies.. Perform environment reviews to ensure best practices and identify areas for improvement or expansion.. Execute hands-on configuration, migrations, and troubleshooting as needed.. Document customer interactions, outcomes, and technical solutions for internal and external use.. Mentor and onboard new team members, sharing subject matter expertise.. 8+ years of experience in SaaS, professional services, directory administration, or related implementation roles.. Minimum 2 years in a technical solutions role or equivalent experience with identity management platforms.. Deep technical expertise and high aptitude in customer-facing roles.. Strong project management, time management, and planning skills.. Proficiency in identity and access management technologies: Active Directory, AzureAD, Microsoft 365, Apple MDM, Okta, Google Workspace.. Familiarity with networking, authentication protocols (LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, OIDC, SCIM), and device management across multiple OS platforms.. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, including S3, Lambda, EC2, CloudWatch.. Scripting experience, preferably PowerShell.. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills..
