Accountabilities. . Design, develop, and implement complex full-stack features and systems.. . Lead technical initiatives from concept through deployment and adoption.. . Contribute to architectural decisions, technical standards, and best practices.. . Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.. . Engage in on-call rotations to ensure system uptime and reliability.. . . 10+ years developing customer-facing applications with measurable business impact.. . 7+ years of Ruby on Rails experience, with deep knowledge of conventions and best practices.. . 6+ years of React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end development.. . 4+ years working with AWS cloud services and deployment pipelines.. . Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and query optimization.. . Strong understanding of architecture principles, design patterns, and testing frameworks.. .
