Responsibilities:. • Develop and lead the company’s content marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and lead nurturing priorities. • Create, edit, and optimise high-quality content across formats (e.g. videos, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email sequences, social media, and webinars). • Proficiency in video editing, basic graphic design skills, understanding of different video formats and their best uses, alongside strong story-telling ability. • Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts to turn technical insights into engaging content for financial professionals. • Build and manage editorial calendars and coordinate cross-functional content campaigns. • Create and manage nurture campaigns with compelling copy, from download to demo. • Support the planning and promotion of webinars and other lead-generation events. • Help coordinate marketing team workflows, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard. • Analyse content performance data to continuously improve effectiveness and optimise future campaigns. • Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency across all content touchpoints. • 6+ years of experience in content marketing. • A highly motivated self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment. • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a strong portfolio of engaging content. • Advanced expertise in crafting polished, professional video content. • Strong understanding of lead nurturing and conversion through content. • Proven ability to plan and execute content campaigns that generate and move leads through the funnel. • Excellent project coordination and communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with CRM tools and email automation for nurturing campaigns. • Experience supporting webinars and turning events into multi-use content assets.
